Quality and Price does not match at this Hotel
I will never go back there again, even for a business trips. I paid $149 a night for a room i would never pay over $40 for. The room had broken locks, the balcany door won't work, there wasn't a fan in the bathroom and the air conditioning in the rooms barely worked (these are just a few of my complaints). For the future, i will try everything to avoid staying there during my business trips.

Friendly, helpful staff. Very nice hotel. Better-than-average continental breakfast. A couple of things are rundown (juice machine leaks, etc.), but, for the price, this is the best bargain in town! We will definitely stay there again.

I came to the Guesthouse for a business trip and I must say it is a great hotel, What makes it special is the people. Great friendly staff! The breakfast was more than I could ask for, The full waffle bar is great! I will make this my Denver Hotel when visiting! And Gussy the Guesthouse Parrot is Great fun during check in, CHeck out or just to stop and say HI
