All American Pawn

This is the shadiest pawn store I have ever been to! I would run before doing business with them.

I bought a smart watch from this company and it is nothing like described to me. First thing, they had it in a case for a major company, which didn't even make the watch. Then I was told it had a heart rate monitor in it, which it doesn't. It doesn't even connect or do anything it was supposed to.

I tried to return it and they wouldn't take it back, even though it didn't work. There is no serial number on it either, so I can't verify if it was stolen or not.

The owner told me to come back the next day for a return because the safe was closed. When I returned, he wouldn't take it and said "Sorry, I'm old, I don't know about these things."

The ABSOLUTE worst pawn store in the metro area. There is one a couple blocks down and they have amazing customer service and actually care about there customers. These people don't give a damn. If you go here, they were screw you!

GO ANYWHERE ELSE, SERIOUSLY. I could not describe a worse retail experience, let alone a less positive pawn experience.

I had a loan against some earrings here. If I didn't have such a sentimental attachment to them, I wouldn't have gone back in after my first visit to the store. I have made 18 payments, so I've seen the owner each month over a year and a half.

-Argumentative and disrespectful. Avi seems to be shouting at a customer every other time I'm in the store.

-Irresponsible. I once tried to pay my bill on a Saturday morning and waited outside for an hour after their listed opening with a line of other people. He casually rolled up in a Mercedes and offered no apology or explanation.

-Odd operating system. They couldn't even find my account the first time I went in to pay. Every other loan I've encountered is due once a month on the same date. Here, they will claim you owe them twice in one month. Grace period doesn't mean what it means everywhere else.

The shop is friendly, fair, honest and down to earth.

I will go back there again.
