I HAVE MY SONY 55" TV NOT UNDER WARRANTY. THE PROBLEM WAS WITH THE OPTICAL UNIT. I APPLIED TO A LOT OF TV REPAIR COMPANIES IN DENVER, AND ALL OF THEM WANTED TO CHARGE ME SO MUCH, OR THEY DO NOT HAVE THE PROFESSIONAL TV GUYS TO REPLACE THE OPTICAL UNIT. THEN I REACHED JAY FROM INTERNATIONAL TV SALES & SERVICE COMPANY, AND HE RECOMMEND ME THE PROFESSIONAL TV TECHNICIAN BRUNO, WHO CAME AT MY HOUSE AND SO EASY AND PROFESSIONAL REPLACED THE OPTICAL UNIT, SAVING MY TIME AND MONEY. THEN HE GAVE ME THE WARRANTY TO MAKE SURE THAT I DON'T HAVE TO SPEND MORE MONEY ON THE SAME PROBLEM AGAIN IN FUTURE. NOW I'M SAFE AND HAPPY WATCHING MY HIGH QUALITY TV, AND I WOULD LIKE TO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND THIS TV TECHNICIAN TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND WHO NEEDS A REAL PROFESSIONAL HELP WITH TV REPAIR IN DENVER AND ALL COLORADO. 25 YEARS EXPERIENCE MEANS A LOT. There was a minor manufacturing defect with my headphones which most people probably wouldn't have been able to hear. Even if they could, it would have been considered insignificant. With one phone call, my salesman stepped up and exchanged the item without hesitation, and without even having heard the problem. He then worked with his team, who went out of their way to accommodate me through the exchange so I wouldn't have to send my headphones in and be without while waiting for a replacement. Smooth, red carpet service all the way! I felt they had an appreciation for, and knew how to cater to a critical audiophile clientele. And I never even stepped foot into a store; my entire purchase and exchange was all done by phone and email. Imagine the service I would have received had I come into the showroom! Impressive! It's been a pleasure working with Listen Up while experiencing issues with the Marantz receiver I bought there last year.
