Great carpet, great company We were very pleased with the quality of carpet we got from Simmons and for a reasonable price. We had to replace the carpet in our bedroom, and we were worried about matching it to the other carpet. Scott found one for us that was perfect. The best part about Simmons is the people who work there. Scott and the men who installed the carpet were professional, kind, and helpful. Very personal touch. Would highly recommend Simmons carpet!

Worry-free work from professionals After visiting four flooring companies, I chose Simmons. It proved to be the right choice. Scott was available whenever I had a question or concern, from my first looking at products to after installation, and he made sure that I was always worry-free. Shelley came to my home and gave me expert decorating assistance in making a final selection from my three top flooring contenders. The installers were professional master craftsmen. When friends see my wood floors throughout the house, their first comment is: "They're gorgeous!"

I was introduced to Simmons by the restoration company after an insurance loss. They had the variety of carpet and marble tile I wanted and needed to make the replacement selections, and at prices that were lower than the big home improvement and specialty flooring stores. Since I had to stay within the allowance given by the insurance company or pay the difference out of pocket, this was important, and allowed me to replace my damaged flooring with the beautiful, high quality materials I wanted. The store staff were knowledgeable and helpful, and the installers were friendly, fast and did a wonderful job. Plus, they left absolutely no sign they had even been there, except that one day I had damaged carpet and marble flooring and then one day I didn't. The entire process from start to finish was painless, easy and pleasant. I am almost happy I had the storm damage! If you need any type of flooring, check them out first, you will be glad you did.

This is the one and only place to buy flooring. Not only is the service superior to most stores but the prices are often times less than those companies that keep a lot more material on stock. You feel like a very special person, not only before but after the purchase and instillation. Plus, they really care about needs outside the business. I rescue all sorts of animals and they helped me with extra carpet to keep my dogs and cats warm during the evening hours after the dogs managed to rip up all their expensive bedding. Thanks everyone from many of my 4 legged friends.

I was looking for both wood and carpeting for over 2000 square feet in my house. I always look for value and do my homework before going forward. First, I was very impressed with Scott Gaulden and the professionalism he showed throughout the process. He came over and personally measured all the floors and then worked with me to set up a plan that met my financial needs. Then we went through a process of deciding when it was important to spend and extra buck and when it didn't make sense, we came up with a plan that I felt very comfortable with. I also enjoyed working with someone who had been around the block several times and someone I thought I could trust and would make things right if there were any issues (nothing is more important than trust/honesty in going through this kind of upgrade). I knew from the start that he would make things work and wouldn't leave until I was satisfied with the work. He didn't let me down

I purchased approximately 1,220 sq ft of vinyl flooring and had it installed.. From my first call, I was impressed with the service. Scott Gaulden came out immediately to measure and give me a quote. They were by far the cheapest of the 3 companies I had contacted. I was referred to them by another satisfied customer. They showed up when they were supposed to and were done when they said they would be and I did not have to call them back out for any corrections... I can't count the number of compliments I have had. I would and have recommended Simmons to several people and will continue to do so...

If price is no issue, then you are ok, but if you like getting a deal and saving money shop around first. you can find cheaper- i did.
