I have been taking my 2 dogs and cat to Cohen since 2013. At first, I decided to overlook this vet’s incompetence. I am writing to warn you NOT to make the same mistake I did. I ignored the fact I paid to get my dog’s teeth cleaned, and Cohen forgot to clean all the teeth on one side of my dog’s mouth. When I showed Cohen his mistake, he wanted to try to scrape the tartar off my dog’s teeth while my dog was AWAKE! No offer for a partial refund. No offer to re-do the job the correct way. Last year, I took my sick cat to Cohen (for vomiting /swollen stomach). After paying A LOT of money for tests/procedures, my cat is still sick (no results). Cohen treated my dog for bad arthritis 6 months ago. Cohen sold me a few prescription pills to try and told me I could get more if they worked. Then, when I tried to get more 6 months later, I was told no refill until Cohen sees the dog again. Very interesting since Cohen sold me a prescription drug in the past for my cat without ever seeing the cat. When I questioned why I would need to see the vet again (since my dog had just done a blood test and office visit 6 months ago for the same issue), I was told by the office staff Cohen would NOT treat any of my 3 pets in the future and Cohen would NOT call me back to discuss it. I have two pugs and was concerned about the one that has allergies. Dr Cohen and his staff made sure Frank had the best and most effective allergy treatment available. Frank and his brother have had all their shots, been neutered and been hugged and kissed every time they’ve been there. No better place! Love them!

Cohen Veterinary Center is the Ruler to which other Veterinary Centers should be Measured.

I feel my animal family is safe with them being in the car of Dr. Cohen. With a 100lb+ dog and 3 cats Cohen tends to all their needs. Lovely practice and every visit is a delight. Everyone I know with animals hears of my pets Doctor, in hopes that they to will choose Dr. Cohen as their pets vet.

Cohen Veterinary Center is the best. Dr . Cohen is great and so are their prices. But most of all is the care Dr.Cohen and his wonderful staff give. I will definitely recommend him anytime.

We've been taking our pets to Dr. Cohen for over 15 years. We recently took our kittens to be spayed and as usual Dr. Cohen and his staff were great! Thank you for taking care of our fur babies!!

This place is the place to go Dr. Cohen and his staff saved my dog Roxy's life. 1/02/2013 We took our dog roxy to the Deland Hospital because she had just had puppies and looked very sick and her babies wouldnt eat so the Dr. at the Deland Hospital didnt tell us our dog Roxy had a infected uterus or she was dying they just gave us a bottle to feed our puppies and sent us home with a sick dog. The next day my mom told me about Dr Cohen and his staff what a wonderful place it was nice and clean, so we took Roxy there right away they didnt think she would make it because of how skinny and weak she was. DR Cohen said they could try surgery but she had 30% of survivingthe surgery but couldnt tell me if she would make it threw it with her being so sick so we took the chance and after surgery they called and said Roxy's uterus had already ruptured and her abdomen was full of contamination and one of the staff memembers Alyssa had her dog there at the time and she let her dog give my dog a blood transfusion since roxy lost alot of blood. Its been two weeks since the surgery and Roxy is running everywhere and eating very well im just so happy i still have my dog here today if it wasnt for all their work i wouldnt have my dog here today. Thank you so much to Dr. Cohen and his wonderful staff if it wasnt for you guys and all the hard work you guys did we wouldnt have roxy here with us today. Thank you guys so much we are so very thankful for you all and i know something good will happen for you guys. Thank you all again.

I recently took my elderly cat to Dr. Cohen. He was super nice and very gentle with her. He didn't order a lot of unnecessary and expensive tests and took plenty of time to speak with me about her needs. I would definetly take any of my animals to him again!

The staff is also very friendly and knowledgable. I go in to the office about every 2 weeks to buy cat food and they always greet me and seem happy.

We went to Dr. Cohen's office early October. We took our son,s new puppy, a rescue puppy, to Dr. Cohen for a checkup. He greeted us and helped us to try to find out what breeds our puppy was and gave her a thorough check-up. He was very helpful in reminding us of puppy training since it had been a while since we had one. We walked out with a plan for getting her spayed by him and with ear treatment, a free first month of worming and heart worm medicine, and knowledge that this man would be very helpful in helping us take good care of this very special puppy. It only cost us $83.00. Two weeks later we had her spayed by Dr. Cohen and she was groggy, but the next day she was sore but fine. She had no problems because he did a wonderful job. We couldn't be more pleased with the staff at Dr. Cohen's office.
