I purchased a Chimney Free TV Fireplace console and when I received it I found that I had 2 G panels and no D panel. I have called 3 times and e mailed twice and I still can not get anyone to help me resolve this. I would not recommend this manufacture for any of there products as they have no customer service at all.

Bought a heater with a broken leg and missing a remote. Called the number in the manual and received and answering service that said someone would call me back. I have a ticket number, called dozens of times, updated the ticket in their online portal and still have not received a single response. Worst customer service ever. I will be returning the product and never using this brand again.

If you call customer service, you speak with a representative who only takes your I n formation and then tells you someone else will either call you back or send you an email. You cannot speak to any other human than the person who initially answers the call. It has been over a week and I have not gotten a call back even though I have a ticket #. I asked to speak with someone in regards to this and was to I had to leave a voice mail. Asked to speak to a manager and was told that they "were all in a meeting" and somebody would have to call me back. Asked for a Corporate phone number and was ignored. Won't buy from again ever.
