Dealing with this company was a terrible experience. At first my home improvements started out fine and on schedule and budget. But then I was unable to contact this business despite repeated phone messages and emails. Work resumed later, but appointments were broken when I had to take time off from work, communication was poor, and billing was different then what I was told verbally. I feel that Dave Palmer and his employees unfortunately had too much on their plate at the time to accurately assess and complete their jobs around town, and his self-important demeanor that nothing was wrong with his business practices did not help at all.
