Unprofessional, rude and arrogant!!! Don't even go there unless you want to be talked down to and made to look stupid. He is not helpful and I'm surprised that he is in business. When one of the employees tells me with a uncomfortable look "oh, he's just kidding", that's a problem. The only thing he has of value in that shop is his chair, which he should keep his behind in.
