Ritter's Towne Pharmacy

Ritters Pharmacy in Deland- Horrible! I start about a week n advance calling to get my meds refilled and every month they "forget" one or 2 of my meds, the syringes are the wrong kind or doctor's name is on wrong bottle. Use to pick up at accardi now I have travel from Deltona to Deland. Cant tell you how fustrating this is. This is the only pharmacy I can go to with WVHA insurance. I called and complain everytime all they say is sorry. I will be going with a list and going through it for now on.!! In this day and age of technology they should be online. Its very scary what else are they forgetting. Is my medication getting mixed up also?

YP has a wrong number listed for this business. The number listed here is for a pharmacy in NC. I wonder how much this mistake on YP's part has hurt this company's business...

Terrible Customer service. They took on the WVHA contract and can not handle the volume. Submitted prescriptions 5 days ago and am now out of meds and am told maybe tomorrow. They appear not to care about their new customers.
