        Overall

        Worst customer service within the first 30 seconds of the phone call. My company is located in NY, and we have a client that lives in FL, and needed something notarized. I found Permit Runner Services Inc. on YP. When I called, a women answered, and before I responded, the call was dropped. No big deal, I picked up the phone again to call back. The same women answered the phone, and before she even said hello.. she said "UGH LETS TRY THIS AGAIN UGH HELLO?" Ummmmmmmmmm? Okay. Sorry to bother you. I will gladly pay someone else for my service where my money is appreciated.
