I work for a medical office and unfortunately had to send an order to their company per my patient's request. I have been trying to process this order for the past 2 weeks but have been unable to have my patient set up with supplies because they have "chronic fax issues" (a quote used by one of their staff members). I attempted to e-mail the office note to one of their employees but was given the wrong e-mail address. I have always been given good comments from my patients in regards to getting them set up with supplies and my follow up skills and I can say that I have NEVER been so frustrated by a DME company before. I would strongly recommend considering another DME company before choosing Major's Medical.
