Hyles, Sharon MS LMFT LMHC

I've been seeing Sharon on and off for years. She is awesome! We have been doing EMDR for a while and every time we have done it those sessions have enabled me to resolve anxiety and childhood issues. I feel like I can breathe again. I highly recommend her.

I did Marrige Counseling without my partner. As I have become more confident in who I am as an individual, I am better able to communicate my needs to my husband. Gradually he is responding to the new me, (the real me) with genuine love and respect. We are both becoming more and more comfortable with each other and WANTING to spend alone time together. He has actually mentioned beginning counseling himself! :)

I have become a different person since seeing Sharon Hyles. She has provided professional and effective therapy to help you deal with life's stressors and challenges. The use of EMDR has been particularly helpful. I would recommend her to anyone.
