        Worst customer service I have ever had. Dispatcher on the line was very rude and was just downright nasty when I inquired about my fiance's car. She acted as if I was the one trying to steal the vehicle. Acted like she didn't have the time of day to answer my questions and was repeatedly nasty. She focused more on the verbiage I used to refer to my fiance then she did on answering my questions. If she was a tad bit nicer the conversation would have went a lot differently.

        Called to get a quote on a tow from Orlando to Deltona and the woman on the phone is horrible, she has no idea how to do customer service. I caled others and they were nice and talked to me..here they are more into getting the money upfront than doing the job.. My opinion if you are in the towing business and you get stuck which I cant belive than get another Business..Try another company this one sucks..and the lady on the phone get another one..

        Great towing company. Got a price quote of $45, the driver got to where my vehicle had broken down quickly, was very friendly and dropped my car off at my house with no additional cost over the quote.
