A great alternative to paying 6%

I signed a contract with Badgerland and was assured that my 2 properties would be added to the MLS listings within 48 hours of signing. After several calls and emails that went unreturned, I was finally able to get the properties listed a full week after signing. It then took me over a month to actually receive the promised lockbox - again after several calls and emails. During my listing with them I was informed that Inquiries made to their office regarding my properties were not being forwarded (I did a few test inquiries and confirmed this.) When I informed them that I wanted to cancel due to poor service I was informed that my options were to upgrade (!!) or pay a cancellation fee. I paid the cancellation fee and signed with a reputable realtor. The bottom line is that they take a flat rate and have no incentive to work for you after signing. I would give them a negative star rating if I could. Their customer service is HORRIBLE

DONT EVER BUY A HOME OR SELL A HOME WITH THIS REALTY COMPANY. THEY NEVER RETURN CALLS AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE BUYERS AT ALL. THEY ARE RUDE AND UNCARING AND HAVE AWEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
