Been going to Sal for years & he's always able to change it up for me! Just last wkd had 2 different compliments on the color & condition of my hair!! Nice to know getting old doesn't have to mean getting fuddy-duddy too!

I have not experienced a hair cut with less care than the one I experienced at Imagine Salon. This was my first time going to this salon. I walked in and was showed to a seat to get my hair washed prior to the cut. The woman washed my hair like she was scrubbing down her dog – rough, hard, and unpleasant. We proceeded to the hair cutting station where she proceeded to be unfriendly and unpleasant. She then started the hair cut. She was trying to move through the hair cut so quickly that she tangled my long hair into knots and had to keep cutting my hair because every time she would check her work one side was shorter than the other. At the end of this catastrophe I went to pay, where she informed me that she doesn’t take credit cards. Ridiculous! What kind of “salon” doesn’t take credit cards! Also, I specifically checked the yellow pages posting to make sure they took credit cards before I scheduled my appointment – so I wouldn’t run into exactly this situation. So, I then had to drive to the bank and get money, go back and pay her! This was a horrible experience and I will not go back. I do not recommend this “salon”.
