What can I say about Gio's auto repair besides AWESOME!! The hardest community resource to find is a good mechanic. I was lucky enough to find an excellent mechanic shop in the most unlikely of places. Jane and Juan of Gio's Auto Care are by for the most honest people in their field. I'm no spring chicken, meaning I've been around the block a few times and I have rarely come across such an honest and fairly priced mechanic shop. This place is on Cave Creek Road, so it's not one of those polished Scottsdale type mechanic shops, but if you're looking for showgirls and a nice place to bring to the family to hang out, this is NOT the place. However, if you're car needs work done and you don't want your bank account to get drained like a dirty swimming pool, this IS the place to bring your car. I recommend them every time I hear someone needs a good mechanic. The head mechanic Juan is like a car whisperer. He's able to diagnose and get your problem resolved in way like he's able

Fabulous job! I bought the Economy Special for $249 at Earl Scheib. Dave was thorough in explaining exactly what he would do for $249. I paid slightly extra to have panels sanded, but saved a lot of money compared to another quote I had received. (Another company quoted an unaffordable price of $800.) I had almost given up on having the car painted, until I found Dave. He did an excellent job on my Honda, and had it ready within 2-business days. Now, the car looks new. I recommend Dave because he gave the best price, did the work promptly, and his workmanship is excellent. Update: When I rang to thank Dave, for the brilliant job he did, he told me that he worked in California for Earl Scheib and helped run 80 shops. I am astonished with the color and workmanship and recommend Dave to anyone who needs a vehicle painted.
Quin Adams has the most desirable quality in a professional - honesty! I put a dent in my Sebring on the LR fender between the tail light and the gas cap. The body shop estimated between $1000-1500 for the replacement of the quarter panel. Quin came to my house. He said the repair was too extensive to do on site and could I bring it to his shop. Once there, Quin explained the proper way to do the repair would be to replace the quarter panel but he would try to knock out the dent and at least make it look better. Well!! When the job was finished, two hours later, I could barely tell any damage had been there. The cost? $225.
