Awful, awful, awful! I ordered carpeting 3.1 and it was supposed to be installed last week. They screwed up my delivery and we had to postpone to this week (today)and I just found out they "lost" my order because it was never put into the system. Worst part is I was very clear that the furniture was being delivered this Saturday and after screwing up once, you would think they would have stayed on top of it this time. The customer service is polite and promises you the world but at the same time, has no idea what they are talking about and can't back up thier promises.
Next time I will go to Home Depot or Kennedy carpeting.
