I cannot believe the comments I had just read! First of all I would like to think that the Waffle House, 2 groceries stores across from each other (being Publix and Kroger), 3 pizza restaurants, a former Blockbuster now-turned-super beauty supply store, and a various strip m...morealls that's has popped around this area, the apartment complex and the massive influx of traffic has not brought the proprty level down - then how is a Goodwill doing so? Let us remember that this was a vacated building, a former Super-valu building that sat for years vacated. At least Goodwill is serving the community. Remember Goodwill helps the homeless, poor and needy - which to be frank is the demographic of some of the people within the Chapel Hill Community. Also, please take note of the spelling of prejudice to the other commenter. view less
Last chance is one of the largest thrift stores in atlanta and they have a good selection of clothes, especially women's clothes. Not as much furnishings or housewares, a few shoes and a small selection of books. Prices range- I don't really understand their pricing system...more-- but you can find good deals, especially if the item you want is color- coded that day's \"half off\" color. Overall one of the best thrift stores around if you don't mind digging through racks and racks to find that one gem of a shirt or pants.view less
I am very glad you are coming to this neighborhood so that we all can donate and contribute to your commendable causes and also benefit from the great deals. People who don't want you your are pregidist and selfish.
