I almost never write reviews or participate in surveys but our vet deserves to be complimented in the highest way. Dr. Bickley and company at Wesley Chapel Animal Hospital are an A PLUS operation that I refer to friends, family and associates whenever appropriate. The office is clean, warm and inviting. You will know the Dr. and staff are taking care of you and your dog or cat. Our dog, who becomes nervous in strange places, actually is able to relax at the vet's office!

Dr. Bickley's office is not the most convenient vet located to where we live or work. But we gladly drive past several other vets to take our dog to the one we really trust. We wouldn't take him anywhere else.

Dr. Bickley and his staff are very professional. My sister has been using Dr. Bickley for over 25 years. I moved to Atlanta in 1992 and at this time, she told me about Dr. Bickley. At the time I had a pekingese with a horrible skin condition. I had taken him to many Vets in N.C. without any help. One visit to see Dr. Bickley and my dog felt the best he had in probably 8 years. Since that time I have had many dogs and I only trust their care to Dr. Bickley. He has been established now for 39 years, I think that says a lot by itself.

I have been taking my 2 dogs and 1 cat to Dr. Ronnie for a few years and have only been pleased by the care and sensitivity he gives to me and my pets. He takes the time to answer questions and is very very patient and sweet to all my animals. I left my last vet which was only .5 miles away from me. It is worth driving further for the care Wesley Chapel Animal Hospital gives us.

Dr. Bickely and staff are wonderful. This was my first visit and if my pet gets sick again it won't be my last. My dog was treated like a baby. I got an appoitment on the same day I called and even received two phone calls from the office to check on the progress of my dog. I've never had that happen before. I was sold after that. Very good experience.

Dr. Bickley has taken care all of my children for over 15 years. As a matter of fact as long as I am within an hour distance my child will be one of their patients. Back in 2002 I had a knee replacement and it was difficult for me to get in and out of the car No problem, I would just pull up to the door and my child would get out of the car to enter the building on her own. This gives you an idea that this is the best animal hospital.



PS...Dogs and babies are the best judge of character ...Dr. Bickley, Kim and Julian are the best.

We are coming up on our 3rd visit to Wesley Chapel Animal Hospital,and I just wanted to take a moment to share how HAPPY our family has been with the service there. We had many concerns with our pet and the Vet has been very helpful. He makes us feel comfortable each time we visit. Our Vet gives us some sound advise and it has worked. I recommend everybody to take their pet to the animal hospital.

I love the service I receive, and the care my pets receive. It's clear they really care about animals and they always follow-up to ensure all with well with my pets.



I never feel like they are trying to make money off me, as I have with some sites, and I always feel the care they recommend is what is truly in the best interest of my pets.



It you are looking for an excellent and competent vet that provides excellent customer service to boot, look no further!

I would remommed them to anyone in need of a vet. They have been more professional and caring for my little Buffy than many I have used in the past. The staff is very friendly and I trust them completely.

Dr. Bickley and the staff at Wesley Chapel Animal Hospital have consistently provided excellent care for our three dogs for over 12 years. We have used Wesley Chapel for vet care and boarding and our experience is always top notch. We always feel as though everyone on the staff is happy to see us and knows us and our pets by name. It is good to know that we can count on Dr. Bickley to take such good care of our "children".

I believe we have been going to Dr. Bickley for at least 12 years. He has always been there for us and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Even when we moved from the area, we would still bring our animals back to Wesley Chapel. Over the years, we have had to suffer the loss of our pets and Dr. Bickley and Kim were like family. They understood and made it a little easier to handle. Our animals are our children and we need to know they are in good hands. We can sincerely say, we love Wesley Chapel Animal Hospital and I look forward to hearing Kim's cheery voice each and everytime I call.

I have been going to Wesley Chapel Animal Hospital for many years. Dr. Bickley and his staff especially (Kim & Julious) are very thorough, caring and precise with my animals (babies). I would recommend this animal hospital to everyone that wants a home away from home for their pets.

We found Dr. Bickley and his staff by doing a random search of veterinarians in our area. However random it was that we happened to live near the animal hospital, we were very lucky to find it. Dr. Bickley first started taking care of our older cat. When we took him in after several years of no check-ups, he not only took care of keeping everything up-to-date, but made several suggestions that he was NOT being paid for. Not only that, but he did not give him vaccines that he did not need as an indoor cat. This meant he wasn't making as much money on the visit!



So when we got our kitten, of course, we took him to Dr. Bickley. He has taken excellent care of him, and is very thorough. When we took him in to have him fixed, he kept him overnight for observation, just to make sure he was ok. I don't know any other vets who do that. Every experience we have had with Dr. Bickley has been very good.



On top of that, he has a wonderful, friendly, caring staff. They are very knowledgeable, and seem to really enjoy their job. I hate leaving my kitties, but know that they are in very good hands.

With this being my first puppy, I had a lot of questions and wanted the best possible care for her. After reading the reviews on here, I decided to chose Wesley Chapel Animal Hospital, and I'm glad I did. The best vet in Atlanta Metro Area!

Kudos to Dr Bickley and his staff. I have been going there for over 10 years and have always felt my pets were getting the best care available. I would recommend them to anyone, anywhere!

On a Sunday morning in the early 1970's, Dr. Bickley was on call for emergencies. My Vizsla puppy got an uncooked soup bone over her lower teeth and jaw. Dr. Bickley sawed it off. (There were no animal emergency clinics back then)

When entering the practice it is clean and odorless. There are more wonderful books, pictures and unususl anilmal art that boggles your mind.

But no doubt, it is the knowledge and care your animal gets, as well as the owner, that makes Wesley Chapel Animal Hospital the best.

You could not ask for a receptionist, named Kim, who is more knowlegable and makes you feel as part of the family.

There are so many pictures of our loves that they have cared for, that there is no dout how much they care.

Dr. Bickley and staff, you are family! Over 20 years you are the best, most trusted, most respected folks we know. By the way, Dr. Bickley...we'll let you retire when you are 120 years old... ok... maybe 119. Thank you all for what you have meant to us.

Dr. Bickley and Kim make a great team. They show great concern about your pet. Their patience with even the wildest (hyper) dog is amazing. In the past I've even come in with a choking emergency and they took care my dog quickly. I've had a choice of veterinarians and I'm sticking with Dr. Bickley.

Dr Bickley and his Staff are always kind and knowledgeable. They have been my Vet for the pass 10 years. We rescued our dog from a animal shelter and she has been healthy and happy all her life.
