Dont Do IT!!!! I wish I would of read these posts before I trusted them to get an estimate for vehicle repair. THey fraud the insurance companies by hiking estimates and then when caught try to blame the customers!!!!!

OMG!!!!! I HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AT DREAM TEAM COLLISION! I HAD A FEW REPAIRS AND THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND THEY WERE SO SWEET. IT WAS HOT OUTSIDE AND THEY PROVIDED ME AND MY KIDS W COLD WATER AND DRINKS AND ALSO HAD A CLEAN LOBBY TO SIT AND WAIT IN. THEY WERE QUICK W THEIR SERVICE AND ALSO SAVED ME ALOT OF CASH (ON WHICH ANOTHER COMPANY DOWN THE BLOCK CHARGED ME ON THINGS THAT WERE NOT NECESSARY). I WILL ALWAYS TAKE MY TRUCK TO DTC AND I AM ALSO THINKING ON GETTING A NEW PAINT JOB! THIS IS DEFINATELY THE ONE STOP SHOP TO GO TO WHEN GETTING YOUR VEHICLE FIXED! AND THE SECRETARY IS SO SWEET AND VERY KIND! THEY ONLY DO TOP NOTCH SERVICE...I'D GIVE THEM 6 STARS BUT YOU CAN ONLY CLICK ON 5 STARS!

First off I would like to say thank you Dream Team Collision for such GREAT service. I have always felt women get taken advantage of in the automotive industry. For the first time I felt very taken care of and even learned a few things about my vehicle. The prices for my repairs were a lot less than so many other shops had given me as well as the turn around time. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I truly recommend this shop to everyone, thanks again.

The owner is a con artist and prey on innocent victims. They so call fix your vehicle and you continue to spend more money on repairs that you assumed was taken care of. PLEASE DO NOT bring your vehicle to this so called repair shop. Your vehicle will slowly fall apart. The name of the shop has changed but not the location.

The Dream Team,, Lost the Dream now there new name is the REAM Team. Initially I sought to do business with a minority owned business, This is not a reflexion of all Minority Owned Business's. But its a sure indication that people will never ever succeed when they look to offer substandard services, Knowing human behavior and nature as I do , Its not surprising that because they have already been paid by the insurance company for the repairs, They possibly are under the disillusion that they have gotten over. No, Think again. What you send out to the universe comes right back to you. Know one is exempt from the laws of life or nature. There is nothing that I need to do to recoup for the shotty service. For you reap what you sow. With that said, The Ream Team , has changed their company name at least 4 times to circumvent the complaints and unethical practices. These People had my car in repair for nearly three weeks and did not communicate what was and was not repaired. Although I spoke with a representative at least three times a week within the 3 to 4 weeks my car was in there shop... YOU WILL NOT SURVIVE IN THESE UNPRECEDENTED ECONOMIC TIMES BY PROVIDING SHOTTY SERVICE AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION. BUSINESS 101.. The one way to always keep business and customers is not to look at the next consumer as a get over, You have just out smarted yourself and lost at your own game. When Playing the game study the rules , you will never fail.
