Happy Tree Organizing

I am the house manager for a family in Massachusetts. In 2006 my boss had recently lost her husband to cancer and was faced with moving herself and her two children back into their estate after several years of renovations.



Looking at two temporary apartments to unload, several storage pods, and years of memories that were too difficult to relive at the time, I needed to find some help for the family!



It was a delicate time to invite someone else into the household, and someone that would likely be there for many hours for many days/weeks. Rebecca made the transition so easy on the family. She is ambitious and determined and cares deeply about making a difference in her clients lives. She worked tirelessly to complete the job while remaining respectful of the family's reluctance to the recent changes in their lives.



Much of the job was sorting the years of miscellaneous items that had made the move from the old house. Yikes. But with Rebecca's organizational skills at work they were sorted and processed out to better homes, put for sale, or otherwise properly disposed of or recycled.



There was also the difficult task of sorting the husbands' things and deciding what to do with them. Rebecca was sensitive to the process while still able to take initiative when appropriate. She has an innate ability to balance this personal and sometimes very private process with a level of professionalism that ensures a job well done.

Rebecca with Happy Tree helped me to organize my kitchen. It's more efficient, and saves me time in the morning. It's amazing how much new space she created out of thin air just by putting things in smarter locations!
