Dont bother if u buy there beware they very nice at first then payments start goin missing i bought 2 cars from them both were bein paid regular then they started takin money out of credit card without authrisation then on phone with cindy with bank when she found out it was my bank talkin sayin u carnt do that phone down within a week they repo both cars even though they were paid up i carnt belive it so beware they are crooks

Hello, I just need to say that I LOVE FIVE POINTS AUTO because of their service and kindness to helping people that are in need of transportation. I brought a 2009 Nissan Altima , push button start and I have had no problems with my car. Funny thing is , that I am back today 1/31/2015 buying my fiancé his dream car Monte Carlo SS....... I purchased my car four months ago from Five Points and I love it... If and when I have a problem Cindy, Ruby ir Kevin always fix it.... I have recommended all my co worker's friends and family to the best buy here pay here lot in Decatur....

I went to Five Points, because of my poor credit. Five Points Auto Sales got me in and out paper work, insurance, etc, in less than two hours! Cynthia and Reubin were so helpful in finding me exactly what I wanted! I didn't have to settle on something I didn't like.

After my first incredible experience, I soon after took my two daughters, husband, and mother one by one to Five Points, where they also found cars they loved!!!

Bought a vehicle on friday took it to the shop on Monday for a oil change and inspection (knew it needed a little work) Found out it had been in a major accident(no wonder they dont offer Carfax) front wheel bearings shot,rotors bad, major engine oil leak,Firestone classified the car as Unsafe to drive. this is just a few of the things they found. These alone total over $1500.00. The car also needed an transmission work,engine flush, new tires, and had a bad battery. Took the car right back to the lot tried to get another car that was driveable Rueben refused, asked for our money back he refused, after arguing with my husband agreed to half back( I dont think so) finally gave back down payment, we are out the repairs we had done. Please if you decide to buy here demand a carfax and get an inspection done prior to purchase(it costs $150.00 but well worth it. I know next time) Otherwise prepare to be ripped off!
