Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have used this location many times. I have always received first class service. Quick pick up and drop off from home. Courteous and handsome men and women employees.

I rented a car to drive out of state for a funeral. Enterprise made it easy. The car I chose was not ready so instead of making me wait they upgraded me into the vehicle that was perfect for my needs. Thanks, guys.

Due to a car accident; I was told to rent the car at Enterprise. My son who is 22 yrs old and a College student had a great amount of difficulty renting the car because he did not have a credit card. Because he will be using his Debit card, he would need $50 deposit, 2 Utility Bills (Must be Current or you cant rent the car), 2 pay stubs, and verification that he had collision coverage ( which was verified in my presence). Notified the Insurance company USAA and Enterprise (ALEX) in Texas. Enterprise at Wesly Chapel told them because of loss and the location, this is how they had to do business.as his Mom, I was also unable to rent the car for my son and add him as a additional driver. Now you have grouped everyone Within a 10 mile radius as thieves and Bad for Business. I was able to locate another Enteprise Location with less issues. Not only where they willing to rent the car in Moms name, but also had my son as a Driver. I will at every opportunity take my business elsewhere.
