Some of the Dr's have been there for many years. Always friendly and concerned about your pet. Good prices too!

This entire establishment is poorly ran. I took My pet in and they quoted one price but ended with thousands of more dollars. The staff is very rude and Scott the management is somewhat of an racist towards poor people and Africa American people. If you love your pet don't take your pet to this place. They are evil people and they are mean to the animals once the owners leave. Shame on these people and then charging so much money for procedures that are not needed.

I actually waited a while to write a review because I didn't want it to come completely out of anger. Unfortunately, after a couple weeks, I'm still angry with this practice. I initially took my dog in for an ear infection, she's a lab that loves the water so she gets roughly two a year and it's generally pretty easy to clear up. It took Dearborn, three different visits, three different doctors, three different dianoses and they still never got rid of the ear infection. They charged for all of these visits and every change of medicine and never once apologized for not being able to figure it out. I stupidly gave them another chance and took my dog there to get fixed. After coming home, my dog stopped eating and when we took her back in to be checked, the doctor lectured us on her weight because she'd somehow gained a pound after not eating for two days! When we reminded the doctor why we were there (her not eating) they dropped the weight thing and ran every blood test known to dogs. The tests came back and they called to say she had a UTI. They gave me antibiotics which after one day started making her throw up. I took her back again and told them all of my frustrations and the response was, "well, you can find another doctor" To add insult to injury, the doctor that ended up seeing her for the nausea said all her tests came back negative and she shouldn't have been on the antibiotics and that she was sick because of a reaction to the medicine. They refunded the price of the medicine but then charged me for the fluids and anti-nausea medicine they gave her to correct their mistake. When i called them on that, they told me they still had to cover their costs and they refunded the actual medicine so what more did I want?!? Needless to say we won't be going back, I gave them more chances than they deserved.

I take all 3 dogs to Dearborn. The doctors are very kind, caring and knowledgeable. I liked their way with my dogs especially the puppy who need stitches in her paw. They are a real, old fashioned vet concerned with caring for your pets instead of selling you services. I feel they give me the very best on care, affordable vaccinations and service. I recommend them all the time.

I find the Drs at dearborn to be extremly caring and understanding.

When I brought my puppy in for his first visit I had several questions actually you could call it a grocery list of question. Dr. Jackson said to bring out the list and he went over everything with me with Great kindness and patience. They were recommended to me by friends who go here. I would highly recommend these caring and wonderful Drs. and staff to anyone
