Let me start by first saying that if you are looking for a place to buy a certified pre-owned vehicle then you must check out Smith Motors. Most of their cars are bought from a company that had commercial leases so, most of the time it is low mileage and and all highway. The prices are low and also negotiable. The staff at Smith motors are friendly and courteous and do not try to pressure you into anything. I recently bought a 2012 Chrysler 200 there and I love it. The vehicle was no longer under a factor warranty. When I purchased the vehicle, before I drove it off the lot, I noticed the driver's rear tire was a little low. So they put some air in it and all was well. Two months later I noticed that the tire was low again and all the others were fine. I took it to Top Line Tires and they said I had a nail in the side of the tire and it was not "patch-able". The tires on this car were not cheap. $170 for a new matching one. I called Mr. Smith (Smith Motors) and explained him the situation I was in. He did not hesitate to tell me to bring the car in and he would replace the tire free of charge. I thought this was excellent customer service. He went above and beyond, and did something nice for me even though I had no warranty or anything.
