Excellent Customer Focused Service: County cab to me demonstrated the best customer experience I could have. I have taken service of County/Yellow cabs is St. Louis multiple times when I was in St. Louis on work. The service has been very prompt and professional. They have always accommodated my request on short notice courteously during rush hours and have provided me updates on status. For the quality of the cabs they provide, the rates are very reasonable. I appreciate the customer focused service they provided me. I forgot my phone in cab before I was to catch a flight to return to Denver. The cab driver handed over the phone to the Cab company, when not obligated. The Cab company President called my alternate number, mentioned on my phone display, to update me about it. He was very polite and offered to ship the phone to home without any expense from my side. He shipped though certified mail providing me the tracking number for my convenience. I realized, there was nothing to worry about, by the way things were handled. I would recommend their service, which I found very professional & competitive.
On December 27, my daughter was visiting family in St. Louis with her baby when she found herself in need of a cab. County Cab was called. The driver arrived quickly, and was more than courteous. He helped my daughter get to a safe hotel. But more than that he took the time to make sure that her stay would be comfortable. He let her know that there weren't any food places around the hotel she was going to and that he would stop at the gas station for her to buy snacks on the way if she wanted. Alone in an unfamiliar city, she was given a since of comfort by the kindness of this driver. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for caring for my daughter and granddaughter while they were away from home. My family and I will always use County Cab services when in or around the St Louis area.
This is the cheapest taxi service in St. Louis & I have my good & bad days with them. First & foremost, a lot of the drivers are mainly foreigners who can be very disrespectful and may not even know where their going. One of the drivers didn't have a gps system and had a book of maps & asked me did I know how to get where I am going - I didn't. Why would I depend on someone to take me somewhere who has no freaking idea where they are going & then rudely talks to me. Exactly why I don't tip anymore drivers. I've only encountered 2 annoying drivers since using this service. Let alone the customer service representatives, they are okay. I know that they try their best & they are flooded with calls, but who are not dispatching these calls correctly are the problem.
