I had the worst experience ever at this facility came in with my fiance who was involved in a car accident to see the neurologist not for pain management just to see neurology appointment at 9:10 a.m. it is now almost noon and he still has not been seen the unprofessionalism of this facility is unbelievable the staff is rude inefficient and they booked 40 patients per hour if you need assistance do not come here. The service is extremely slow inefficient and rude .

I have been coming to this clinic since I was a kid, but recently the service provided has been very poor. I have felt discriminated against recently, spoke with Jan who is their human resources manager, who lacked professionalism. She was making up excuses on an important issue, chewing on something while on the phone right on my ear. I asked her to stop chewing and continued, with an argue mental attitude. I work in customer service, and would have been terminated for speaking to someone in that manner. I will be going somewhere else for better service.

I came to your facility yesterday for a doctor appointment I had set up a week and a half in advance. I took time off of work for this appointment and I also had to bring my daughter with me, who wasn't feeling well with a temperature of 100.2. Once I got to registration I was told that I could not be seen because "the state of Michigan" now requires Midwest to obtain an updated photo I.D. copy. So in hopes that if I consulted with the Business Departments' Supervisor, which I was invited to do so, that maybe if I explained the situation, that possibly the supervisor would give me permission to continue with my doctors visit and just put a "note" in the system that I needed to have my updated photo I.D. the next time I came in before I could be seen. I had no knowledge of the new policy and hoped they would understand that and make an exception once. But, instead my experience with the Business Departments' Supervisor was extremely negative. First of all, as soon as she came to the lobby door I walked over to greet her leaving my daughter sitting in her chair 5 feet away. The supervisor assumed that I was planning on leaving my child unattended in the lobby so she could take me back in the offices. I explained that I had no intentions of leaving my child unattended and that I had just come over to greet her. She cut me off in the middle of my statement to explain once again that my daughter could not be left in the lobby by herself so we could proceed into the office area. I dropped the arguement and stated that we could sit in the lobby and speak, so I wouldn't have to make the supervisor wait for me and my child to gather our things and be ushered back to her desk. She then asked me what my concern was with the new "Updated photo I.D. policy. I Explained to her my situation of taking time off work and bringing my daughter with me so that I could have this appointment that I had been waiting for. The appointment was regarding constant pain I've been experiencing, so needless to say it was important for me to be at this appointment. The supervisor asked me what me bringing my daughter with me had to do with the situation. She looked at my I.D. and said it's clearly expired and that the temporary I.D. stapled to it was expired two years ago, and asked if I hadn't noticed that, in a clear attempt to try and make me feel stupid. I said that I had gotten a new I.D. when it expired but had no knowledge of where the new photo I.D. that came in the mail was. She continued to point out that it was expired two years ago and that I should have gone and gotten a new I.D. reissued to me. I asked her if I could see my doctor anyways this time after combating back and forth with her for a few minutes and she said no. She told me that there was a DMV down the street. That I should go there immediatly and come back and she would make sure I had another appointment for the same doctor that evening. I got loud in the lobby as she went to check on the doctors schedule. My issue is not with the new policy, it is with the treatment I received from the Business Departments' supervisor. She talked down to me and continuously tried to make me feel stupid from the time she stepped into the lobby. Going down the street to the DMV and coming back as she told me to do was not possible as I had to pick my husband up from work still that day and I reside in Canton, which is not really close. I just told her not to bother with setting up another appointment. The treatment I received from her is unforgivable and has pushed me to make the decision that I will no longer be coming to your facility for health care services. I've been with your doctors for about 4 years, but I cannot accept that kind of treatment. As soon as that woman saw me she judge me as an irresponsible, uneducated individual and I will not stand for the way she spoke to me.

Professional

They were prompt, curteous, efficient, and thorough. Pricey though if you're "self-pay".

I like the new medical center. The doctors are very caring. The center setup itself is efficient. I like that there are so many doctors and services under one roof; you don't have to go far if you need a specialist or testing. The Blood Lab crew are awesome! They are very skilled--everything is quick, relaxed, and totally painless. I highly recommend.

I think it is a great idea to have all your doctors under one roof. The customer support is great. I have only had one problem with a doctor which was handled promptly by the director himself.

I took my daughter to visit the pediatrician and found this place to be top notch. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional. The facilities were clean and maintained. We visited an excellent doctor who was professional, caring and humble. She took the time to explain things and made us all feel at ease. I would recommend this clinic and their staff.

This place is nothing but a sweat shop and creates a hostile work environment for their employees. The management needs to be educated with appropriate management skills. People are fired for the smallest of infractions and treated like animals. Shame on the managing physicians for not recognizing the destruction of good people in a horrible horrible environment.
