Do not go here

I took my 2014 raptor 700r se here for the 1st service and I wish I hadn't. I picked my raptor up & noticed the rear grab bar was bent & scraped like it had been 12 o'clocked, & it was not that way when I dropped it off. I also noticed my dog tag with my name on it was missing from my key. When I called & questioned the ppl @ the manager he was very argumentative & said he's not replacing anything. Just went today (5-13-14) to buy a motorcycle jacket. It was posted everywhere that it was 15% off all jackets in the store. When I brought jacket up to counter, he (ginger looking guy), said that it has to have a special tag for the 15% off. Very helpful

Everyone involved in the process of my purchase of a Can-Am Spyder was very helpful. The only complaint I have is that after taking it for a test spin around the neighborhood after delivery, I ran out of gas, luckily just as I got back to my house.

5 diamond service department

Rosenau has a 5 diamond service department and the Service Manager is a dyno master!!! Never a worry or problem with my 08 R6 when I take it to Greg and company. ALWAYS professional and ALWAYS done right! Very, very satisfied!!

I will never shop or get serviced anywhere else

I brought my new Honda Rebel in for service because the brake light was stuck on. Nick was friendly and professional in getting me right in for a diagnostic. Greg, the Service Manager, was also very friendly and got involved in the repair on my behalf. Literally withing 28 mins. my cycle was fixed and I was back on the road! Thank you! I will never shop or get serviced anywhere else

Remaining loyal customer.

I just wanted to comment on how Greg Brendal did his best to keep this un-satisfied customer satisfied. He knew the problems I had with my new re-built motor that the manufacturer wouldn't stand behind would lose a customer. SO, he did the repairs, free of charge, the way it should have been.
