Mo Bussink attended Delaware Learning Institute of Cosmetology and Massage Therapy in Dagsboro, DE, and graduated in 2012. She decided to become a massage therapist to help people living with muscle tension and pain find relief. Mo started out her career, working on boats for many years before moving to Deal Island, MD. Soon after settling down, she began working on a commercial crabbing and oystering vessel and befriending many of the local watermen. As time went on, she realized how physically demanding this job was and how many watermen had back and shoulder problems due to the repetative heavy lifting they did on a day to day basis. It was then, that she decided to start her journey of becoming a licensed massage therapist, so that she could help these hard working crabbers in her area. She believes in the power of massage to relieve muscle dysfunction and promote over all well being without invasive modern techniques. Everyday massage fascinates Mo, as she learns something new about massage and its wide range of benefits, and how it effects and alleviates different people suffering with all different types of pain and stress.
