We have always enjoyed this restaurant until last night. When the prime rib did not come cooked as ordered, the kitchen REFUSED to cut another piece. We were told point blank that we could not have a different piece. We were told that the meat was right, as if we don't know what we like, and that it was the lighting that made it look as if it was well done. The manager actually expected us to get up and go into the kitchen, so we could view the prime rib under those lights. I am amazed that they were so willing to lose 2 regular customers over one piece of meat, but we will never be back.
