I woke up the same day I came in with a lot less hair. She put my fears to ease and used what hair I have left to choose the style and color. Plus she reassured me to let my natural hair go back to its natural color.

When I first walked into Wig Villa, I wasn't sure what to expect. I was very upset, having experienced some sudden and severe hair loss due to surgery and medications. Michelle, the manager immediately put me at ease, calming my concerns and assuring me that my anxiety was normal and demonstrating that she would take her time to make sure I had exactly what I needed. She examined my hair for color, style and consistency and left to find some samples of what might fit the bill. I had also been concerned that I might have to order the right color and style, but the Wig Villa's inventory was extensive enough to suit anyone's request. When she returned, she had several wigs for me to try on both with and without a cap. Her instincts were so "dead on" that the second wig she brought me was perfect; so perfect, in fact, that I started to cry in sheer relief that I had found a temporary respite to the ordeal I'd been experiencing. I even asked her to take a picture so I could text it to my sisters, both of whom agreed it looked like my real hair - only better. I cannot say enough about this dear lady and the wonderful experience I had at Wig Villa. I only wish I had gone sooner.

My daughter and I visited the Wig Villa yesterday, as I will be going through chemo and will lose my hair. Michelle, the owner, was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and patient. I told her my price range and we were able to narrow it down to quite a few wigs to try on. There are so many styles, colors and lengths to choose!! She's been in this business for many years, and I can see why. I purchased a beautiful one, in my price range, with Michelle's help. It was a pleasure doing business with Michelle at the Wig Villa and I would highly recommend it!!

I believe this store has best products in Mid Florida from my experience. I am happy with two wigs I purchased because the lady found perfect styles for me with reasonable price. It was worth visiting.
