I brought my two cats in right before Hurricane Matthew and asked to see where my cats would be staying. They could not do that which I accepted. I had seen the photo in their pamphlet. Seemed ok. When I picked them up a few days later, I was appalled at the condition of the place where they were staying. It was dirty, filthy and the area was loaded with other cats. I was definitely disappointed in the way they keep their animals. I realize that animals make messes but the oeople there are supposed to keep it up. My cats will never go there again. I don't know these workers but I can only judge the place by what I saw. It was sickening! I did not mention my disgust to the woman because there were customers in front and I did not want to make a scene. As soon as I came home, I did call and explained why I was repulsed at the conditions my calicoes lived in. I would also give the number a minus 1.

My dogs have been going to "doggy day care" since October. They love it and it works out well for me too. They get socialized (which they really needed), exercised, and individualized attention. They come home and are tired dogs. My feeling is that tired dogs equates to good dogs! Thankful for VIP Pet Resort to take care of my "four-legged babies" while I am at work!

They watch all of your family pet needs. Dogs, Cats, Elderly pets even the occasional bird or bunny. Just ask - they will do it. Kennels are indoor! There are NO grates or wire mesh that the dogs or cats stand on! They have a Kattery building with outdoor play areas that you can request. they play the radio to help soothe the pets. Dog Kennels are in a block building with tile floors throughout which helps keep it cool durring the hot Florida Summers. Kennels are separated with a block wall between each one. There are 4 kennel size options to choose from. Each pets gets a "lift form" to keep them off the floor and a blanket or soft throw to lay on. Upgrade your family members stay to a Luxury Deluxe Appartment which is a private room in a separte building with a private yard and exterior window and a puppy cot for a bed. Or you can choose their Deluxe Master Suite which is the size of a bedroom with a private yard and 3 exterior windows, twin size bed, loveseat and many soft stuffed throws. Dogs are let out separately in very large outdoor areas in the morning and afternoon. If your dog requires extra trips outside just let them know - they will do it. They offer extra services like Nature Walks, Agility Play Yard, even Special Dinners and in the summer they have a Pup Pool so they can cool off. Check them out!
