In July 2020, I purchased a vehicle from Ritchey Autos in Daytona Beach, FL. I am extremely impressed with everyone at Ritchey Autos! They treated me like family the entire time I was there. It was clear they care about their customers. I would also like to express my thanks and give kudos to the entire sales team at Ritchey Autos, but a special note of thanks should go to my salesperson Jeff Hall. He displayed phenomenal professionalism and patience with me the entire time – I never felt rushed or pressured like I did at many other dealerships in the area. Mr. Hall understood what I wanted and what I didn't want. He went above and beyond to make sure that I left a happy customer. When I went in to visit Sales Rep Jeff Hall. I expressed my needs, concerns and what I was looking for in my new vehicle. I also stated the price range I wanted to remain within. Mr. Hall carefully listened to me and helped me to find the perfect vehicle to meet my needs. I never felt pressured and Jeff went out of his way to make sure that I had an amazing experience. Mr. Hall presented me with a vehicle that not only met my needs but exceeded my expectations. Most Importantly, he helped me stay within my budget and made sure I found the best car for me. I was also extremely impressed with the Finance Director, Tommy Hoffon. Tommy was genuinely nice and helpful, and he found the best financing available. He patiently answered all my questions and even made sure the title transfer and registration in another state with smoothly. After having several negative experiences at other dealerships, I am so grateful to the staff at Ritchey Autos. Worst car buying experience we have ever had! We were lied to repeatedly by Carl Beck and took our concerns to the general manager Larry Kelly. Larry didn't keep his word and just blew us off. Very disappointed in our buying experience and the poor vehicle service that was performed or not performed on our new purchase. Make sure that you get everything in writing these guys are very sneaky!
