I drive from Orlando to get tattooed and pierced here. The artists are all very friendly, funny and knowledgeable. They were very busy the first time I came in and I could tell the girls behind the counter were going above and beyond to accommodate everyone despite some unruly customers. I have been back twice since then for more work.

Jody at the counter was so helpful and sweet. My piercer Devon was amazing. He made me feel calm and relaxed and at ease. They definitely are professional. It’s been about two weeks and my dermal has healed perfectly after following the care instructions provided by Devon. I HIGHLY recommend Gen X for the Volusia area looking for tattoos or piercings. Thanks guy! I’ll be back.

I have been to this shop twice now, my first experience was with Jeff and my tattoo came out awesome, then again went back and saw Jeff where i got 3 more tattoos, I honestly can't wait to go back again....

Although i didnt get my piercing done here (visiting from out of town) Jodi and Rio were great. I had some concerns that they addressed for me and even changed my ring out since i couldn't get it off. Everything was clean and great i would definitely return

I recently got 3 piercings done by Kayla and she did an awesome job i have never had one piercing done and I had my belly button and hood done at once and she did such an amazing job i went back to have my nipples pierced i would recommend Kayla for any type of piercing she was very informative and walked me right through i couldn't believe it Kayla is an awesome and very professional piercer thank you soooooo very much for an awesome experience for a 1st time piercing look forward to stopping in to say hey next time I'm in Florida which will be soon thank you theresa

I recently got a new Tattoo from Generation X of Daytona Beach. The staff was very friendly and professional. Rio V killed my new piece. I would recommend my friends to Gen X.

This place is amazing! The shop is clean, the staff is friendly and filled with artistry beyond belief and I highly recommend making a stop in here. Rio is my favorite! She's awesome at piercings and tattoos. I went in to get a tattoo by Rio later in the evening and instead of rushing through my tattoo to finish it before the shop closed she stopped, told me to come back when the lines had healed, and now I have a tattoo I absolutely adore.

I just got my cover up finished today by Kelly and he did an amazing job. Very friendly and the shop is very clean! My husband got his covered up by Chino who also did an amazing job and is very friendly as well and QUICK!! Would definitely go back
