Very inefficient. Why bother to make a reservation before hand when your entire contract has to be manually printed off on a 20 yr old printer.... the entire experience (waiting in line for 20 min while 1 rep worked with lady attempting to rent a vehicle)
This is so "1980's".............. nothing is automated and I have an Enterprise account, which I will never use again.

I am a regular at Enterprise Airport branch. I always have received a great service until this last one when I was given a car which was not cleaned when it was returned. There was food debris and hair all over the seats and dashboard. When I rented the car, it was dark outside so I did not see it until the next morning. I did not have time to bring it back to the branch so I called and voiced concern. please make sure cars are cleaned up prior to rental.

A nice airport. Close to the beach. It was easy to get through. The staff was helpful and there are always flights coming and going. I liked coming thru on my spring break.

One of the best. i loved how flying in we went over the ocean. i flew right over my mom's condo. I love the fact I can always get a flight in or out of daytona.
