Dayton Retirement Community Center

The place is nice on the inside. They have one bedroom with one bathroom. Average size living room and small kitchen. You have a door leading to an interior hallway that leads to the office,mailboxes,library and community area. You can not have your own washer and dryers. Inspections of appartment on a very regular basis. You can not have bird feeders or feed any other animals. It is almost like the residents are living in a boxed in prison. Lord forbid if your car leaks oil on the ground or anyone who visits you, because you will be fined. The son of the owner is the lawn keeper, if he shows up. You can not go outside in your night gown or robe to get the paper. The elderly people that live there can't really enjoy some of the little things that they like to do, because of the ridiculous rules these people come up with. The place does not rate high in my book.
