DON'T GO THERE. Drive 150 miles out of your way to find another place that services Brother products. G. Bradley Blair (he claims to be the owner) made both mine and my wife's experiences with UBS horrible. He should not be allowed to come into contact with customers. We brought our printer in for service and almost immediately began accusing us of causing the problem in the most condescending way. But that wasn't enough. When I attempted to pick it up later, he contradicted another employee I spoke with moments before and turned me away saying their service was closed early for the holidays. Yet that still wasn't enough. When my wife returned (again) later to pick it up, he rudely lectured her we "insisted on" using bad toner that "caused the problem," and we "should have known" because whoever we bought it from "should have told us." We bought it over the Internet. I'm a surgeon, so I'm not overly sensitive nor a mental migit. I will NEVER return to UBS even if they were last place to service my Brother product on the planet. I will buy a new printer from a competing company to avoid G. Bradley Blair. He made quite an impression on me. I have never written a review this negative before.
