        My mother was in this nursing home for a year and the quality of service declined significantly over this period of time. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. The management of this home is terrible. My mom was in a wing of 15 to 17 patients and there was usually only one aid working. I finally stopped asking my mom to get out of bed and sit up for a while because she could be left sitting in her chair for 8 to 10 hours because the poor aid didn't have time to get her back in bed.



        It had become quite obvious that the management of this facility was more interested in profit and not patient care.



        The new nursing home my mom is in is older but the care is so much better. Be careful when you are looking for a nursing home for a loved one. There are a lot of good care facilities in the Dayton area but Heartland Kettering is not one of them.
