worst place to live

I lived their for 3 years and I tell you I would not recommended this place to no one. The landlords are ghetto and rude. Takes the a year to actually send the maintenance man to do repair on your apartment. They need new management badly. Then you have the drug dealers, apartments getting broken into, the roaches, and at that the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbor have a full conversation on their phone or with someone. And your gonna spend more on vectren in the winter due to them being to cheap to update the windows that don't even stand up. You have to use a bottle or something to prop it open. Winters are horrible over their.
