We hired Mike Sikora's Dayton Home Improvement to install new siding on our house and are extremely satisfied with the results. The owner of the company, Mike, is a pleasure to work with and priced competitively with other quotes we received. The true testament however is owed to the crew who worked on our project. They were extremely kind and considerate and took extra special care not disturb us when we were home. In addition to their cleanliness and excellent customer service, their craftsmanship is outstanding. My wife felt completely safe both being home alone with these gentlemen and leaving the house while they worked. The companies work speaks for itself and their employer is an honest man who is running a great company. We will definitely be using them again for future exterior work. We have absolutely zero regrets and highly recommend Mike Sikora's Dayton Home Improvement.

Dayton Home Improvement is the type of business everyone hopes to deal with. Mike went out of his way to get us exactly what we wanted. His staff, especially Doug and Jake were outstanding workers who arrived, when they said they would, were courteous, did a fantastic job and Jake even helped me catch my loose dog. We went to Dayton Home Improvement just to replace and old patio cover but when we saw the quality of products sold we were so impressed we wound up with a 500 sq ft room. The price was fair and one thing that really impressed us was that Mike waited to cash our deposit until he was able to verify he could obtain exactly what we wanted, (all windows with built in blinds). The entire staff is professional and we would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

Mike is the kind of person that you immediately feel comfortable with. He was very patient with my indecisiveness and my tendency to over analyze. But he gave me very helpful hints on past experience and previous jobs. I think I changed my mind 3 times before finally settling on something. When the final product was in place, I couldn't have been happier. The job was done promptly and quickly. The attention to detail passed even my "sniff" test. Clean up afterward was as if they had never been there. I will definitely use DHI in the future and would highly recommend Mike and his group!

I called Mike Sikora for an estimate on installing vinyl siding on my garage. He was out the next day, & left information regarding his company, including the fact that they are certified vinyl siding installers. I went to his showroom & Mike explained the installation process to me. I chose the color & type of siding I wanted. I left with a written estimate of the cost & how long the job would take. Mike's crew did an excellent job installing siding on my garage at a fair price. I was so pleased with their work, I asked for an estimate on installing siding on my house. I purchased a new mailbox, which they worked with me to place it exactly where I wanted it. I also needed to remove some fencing & gates, which they took care of as well. I very much appreciated the extra attention they gave me, to do the job exactly the way I wanted it. The job was completed in a timely manner & the crew cleaned up the entire area at the end of each day. Soon after the siding was installed, something hit the side of my house, & the siding appeared to be loose. I called Mike & he was out the next day. I can hardly see where the mark had been. Mike told me at the beginning of each job, if I had any questions or concerns to call him, which I did. I felt extremely comfortable working with him & his crew. The work they did exceeded my expectations. It is refreshing to know that customer service still exists, & customer satisfaction is Mike & his crew's bottom line. It was truly a pleasure working with all of them.

After my claim to the insurance company i was relieved to know that they basically handled everything from that point. My new awning looks amazing and i couldn't be happier. Dayton Home Improvement did a great job fixing the house after the violent wind storms we were subjected to last summer. It took a while to get fixed because the insurance company was a pain to deal with. However, Dayton Home Improvement walked us through each step. Great Job guys!

I called this business for an estimate for a roofing repair and was told that they only do roofing replacement, not repairs. The man I spoke to on the phone told me they won't do repairs because "then they own the roof and can't guarantee against future damage." The man I spoke to said his name was Mike. This is the most foolish response I have ever heard from a business. I am giving this business a one star rating because I would have more respect for a company that had the honesty to just come out and say that there is more money to be made in replacement than in repair.

Great service, from the time I called to completion. Had our roof replaced due to storm damage. The roof looks great, the clean up after completion was perfect. The whole process was made very easy. Going to use them for all my home improvement projects.

He even came out and met with our insurance rep when they did their own estimate. Dayton Home Improvement has handled our replacement windows in the four homes that we have lived in for the past 22 years.
