        Dr. Linda Kang, Dr. Steve Johnson and the staff were great today. Everyone knew my name and made me feel welcome.

        Poor customer service!

        I called this office because it was closest to my home. I stated I was a new patient wanting to pay cash for sealants due to a couple of distal pits in my molars that was not bad enough to be a filling.. I explained this service was recommended by another dentist but I wanted to have it done else where. I was told by "Brilliant Smiles" that they did not offer this service to adults and that they couldnt help me even if it was a cash pay out. I was surprised that they didnt even seem willing to see me anyway to make sure I didnt have any other needs. I was also upset because if this service was available to adults we would all have better teeth! Sealants help protect your teeth from decay so I'm sure it would put the dental field out of business if we all had sealants right? If I had called needing crown work done I'm sure they would have taken my business then! For the record I would like to add that "Van Buren Dental" welcomed me with open arms! I loved their staff and look forward to going back!
