Provided by SuperpagesMy husband and I decided to dine at Bob Evans after watching their commercial for 'Broasted Chicken'. We were very disappointed. We were seated immediately, but we had to ask the waitress to clean the table, and she did. The other tables were dirty as well, no one cleaned them not even before seating the next couple. As we were waiting for our order, it was obvious that no one had bothered to clean this location for a very long time. The floor was dirty and there was food behind all the seat cushions. There was butter on the floor, which the waitresses some how missed stepping in. I finally asked her to clean it up so no one would slip in it. She barely wiped it up! Our waitress gave good service and was pleasant; we asked to speak to the manager to express our concerns regarding the cleanliness. He apologized and said they were busy, but they were not. I did tell him that most of the food and dirt had been there for a long time. I will try a different location next time.
