We have purchased two boats from LML. We received great service both times. We are treated well when we come down to visit the showroom. We have had good follow up customer service also. We are now looking to trade up again and I didn't even think twice about contacting LML first.

I had order a exhaust elbow on Thursday and didn't expect it till the following Friday. To my surprise, we got it that Saturday and was back on the water Sunday. Zach, help with the finding, sale, and shipping of the elbow. Lanier has a personal, friendly, and family atmosphere. Also, they answer the phones, no automative, no foreign, or non English speaking person to deal with, just old fashion American customer service at its best.

After attempting to sell our boat myself without success I contacted Lanier Marine Liquidators. They picked up my boat, listed on their website and within a few weeks it was sold for a good price without any of the hassles I had trying to sell the boat myself. Shane, I wanted to write you a note to let you know how happy I am with my 25 foot Cape Dory sailboat I bought from you last year. I have been working on her for months and have finally gotten her in the water. All the teak has been redone, the mold, mud daubers and spiders are gone and after a LOT of elbow grease and some money she looks great.. I had the baby diesel serviced and it runs like a top. As business owners we all too often only get complaints and are not told about doing a good job. We are expected to do the best for our customers each day and we all try but sometimes things don't go the way we want them to. It's the service we get when that happens that makes all the difference. I was nervous about getting all the paper work right with it being documented and out of state. I am pleased to tell you it all went well. You are several hours west of me and the boat was 6 hours east, that's a lot to bring together. Thank you for your help in making it all go smoothly.

Just wanted to thank you for taking care of my prop order(mercruiser used 19p,14 inch) I especially wanted to thank Shane. Yesterday, I called to check the status on my order, and Shane explained the lengths you guys had gone to to make sure the part was sent out in good condition. I further appreciate his reducing the shipping cost in order for the purchase to fit my account. I wasn't trying to beat anyone out shipping charges, guys. Just asked to hold off a day on the transaction to allow my direct deposit to beef up my account. I have already refered 2 associates from work to your company for props and outdrive accessories, and will send you many more whenever I can. Thanks again for all your help. I found this to be one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dealership. I was unsure what to expect when I arrived and only knew the repair was going to be expensive. The team at Lanier Marine took great care of me and my needs and everything was up front and honest. The repair was four times cheaper than what was quoted by other dealers and I was back on the water within a week. Thanks for everything. You have my business from now on.

I have both bought and sold boats throught LML over the years and have not found my situation to be as this last review stated. I know the boats I've sold through them were good boats and I sold them through a broker to get better exposure. It worked. The boats I bought were used of course and I got good deals on them. They needed work and I knew that before I got them. I'm surprised how many people buy cheap boats for little money then complain that it cost money to fix them up. They have an inspection time for you to bring a mechanic and check it out, and they will water test it for you. I've always been happy with my deals with them and am not getting paid to write this ad, I just don't like seeing them being called things that I haven't seen to be the case. As in any used situation, I'd be careful what you buy but especially with older boats it's nice to have a place like LML to go to

All in all, I would absolutely recommend Lanier Marine to someone looking for a project boat, or light work restoration. If you're new to boats, bring a marine surveyor or experienced boater with you to inspect the boat thoroughly. If your looking for a brand new shiny boat, though, this isn't the place for you. I think with the nearly ready to sail condition (minor work needed), extendable trailer, and extra sails, I got a fantastic deal based on similar condition and age of the same model I've seen from the Catalina 22 National Association. If I'm ever looking for another project after this one, I'll probably look here first.

I bought my boat from them earlier this year, and I was very happy with the quality of service received. When I first arrived, I was greeted kindly by the staff and they helped me reach a decision on the boat I wanted. ( I should add, it really is amazing how many they have!)

They checked over and inspected everything, then demo'd the boat for me. While we were on the demo, any questions I had were answered professionally and thoroughly.

Not to mention, I got a deal on it. Prices on something similar were a good amount more than I could've spent.

I've had the boat a few months now and have had absolutely no problems.
