This place sucks. Terminal project steer that the kid shows. Got him dehorned and they caused a huge abscess in his neck with an injection. Let's now ultrasound it...at my kids expense on a terminal animal. When asked who is responsible, "oh, you'll have to call financing". Also, apparently aseptic technique means just changing needles between animals (per conversation with a tech on Saturday 1/23/16). Yeah, let's bankrupt a kid over his 4H project steer because our students can't use aseptic injection technique. You know what, call a real vet. Don't bother with a bunch of students that don't know crap and won't take responsibility for their mistakes. My 17 year old kid is going to lose a lot of money. Thanks UC Davis and your great bunch of "idiots".
