Due to unfortunate circumstances, I had no choice but to file for bankruptcy at the beginning of this year. Clare Casas' law offices was the closest bankruptcy office to me, and I am so thankful she was. Clare and her team made this awful financial process easy and bearable. She is surrounded by a team of professional and thoughtful staff that are made available at any time. Entering the office space itself you feel a positive and safe feeling surrounded by a well needed warmth during a difficult time. I highly recommend Clare as a bankruptcy lawyer.

I have to say I had the best experience (attorney)with the worst scenario ( filing bankruptcy) I can’t explain enough how amazing the attorney and her staff are. I never felt like I was pressured, rushed or forgotten where in fact I felt that I understood the entire process, I was given plenty of time to ask question last and to fully understand what the process was . The communication both email and over the phone was amazing! My first meeting with her I knew she was what I needed for my situation. Selecting an attorney may be a very difficult and daunting decision. After months of search I decided to meet with Clare Casas she was a beacon of hope so knowledgeable, informative, strong but yet calm, and pleasant demeanor. she was always available to me, knew all the details of the case without hesitation, her office staff are very helpful, professional and knowledgeable as well, they are all fully billingual but you could not tell the difference. To me finding attorney casas office was a slam dunk. No body is perfect but this attorney and her office are the A+ team ... good.

Very disappointed. Had a great initial meeting with Clare Casas. Things went smoothly and she walked me through the process of submitting the paperwork, but I do not feel like I was treated like a valued client AFTER payment was made. She asked me to meet her early for the hearing so she could brief me. Then she showed up late, barely greeted me and took out her cell phone to check e-mails. When I asked her what it was that she needed to brief me on, she told me "I already told you what you need to know." Since the bankruptcy was completed, I have e-mailed her several copies of notices from creditors. I never get a response confirming receipt until I have e-mailed her again later. When I received a letter from the IRS about a cancelled debt, I asked to be transferred to her voicemail to leave a message and was told "Just e-mail her." Why should I e-mail if my e-mails are not acknowledged. Very frustrating. Not the best service.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Clare Casas for a Bankruptcy process and I am completely satisfied with the outcome. After going to other lawyers that were by far unconvincing and unprofessional to say the least, I was recommended Ms. Casas and could not be happier about my choice. Bankruptcy is not an easy decision for anyone, my husband and I were very nervous about the whole thing. We made several consultation apts and did not feel comfortable about any of them. We continued searching online and found Atty Mayor and made the apt. and were so happy that we did. Steer clear. If they cannot plan to meet appointments, how can they plan to help you? Dont bother being on time unless you want to wait over 30 minutes for them to be late. Unprofessional and disrespectful.
