        We are the Premier Pediatric Dental Practice in Davidson, Charlotte, and Surrounding Areas! Mission Statement: The mission of Northeast Pediatric dentistry is to provide the highest quality of dental care to the pediatric population of Concord, Charlotte, Davidson, Kannapolis and all surrounding communities. The families that we serve will receive compassionate, gentle, and respectful comprehensive dental care for their infants, children, adolescents, and children with special health care needs. This will be provided in a family friendly and culturally sensitive environment. Our goal is to facilitate the highest level of pediatric dental treatment, including prevention of dental disease and educating our community about oral health.         Overall

        Very unprofessional . We required two tooth extraction for my son (6 years old), one at left side and other at right side.
        We fixed an appointment for one tooth extraction at left side and looking at my dental plan it make sense to get one tooth extraction at the end of the year and other extraction we will get done at the start of next year (as my dental plan will get full amount). Today while extracting the tooth at left side, they told my wife that (as I was not there) that my son's right side tooth needs extraction as well, otherwise it will create infection. And the extracted the right tooth as well, when we have the agreement that we will extract only left tooth today.
        During extraction my kid was crying for whole 2 hours and they didn't allow us to be inside with him.
        Totally unprofessional service and I was not able to utilize my sum added to my dental plan from start of next year and ended up paying more than required out of pocket.
        please dont go there
