It receives funds from the YMCA members, individuals, corporations and the United Way. The West Family YMCA provides a variety of swimming lessons, fitness classes and personal training sessions. The organization offers individual and group swimming lessons for children and adults. It provides classes in cycling, yoga, aerobics, cardiovascular exercises and Pilates. The West Family YMCA offers weight training designed to increase strength, metabolism, bone health, flexibility, joint function and workout efficiency.
