I work nearby but live in Moline, Wish they were in Moline. Three times I've walked in and was in front of the nurse within ten minutes. Everyone is friendly and professional. Facility is clean In and out in less than 1/2 hour. Correct diagnoises every time as I do follow up with my Moline Doctor of almost 30 years. Keep up the good work.

Do not go here. The nurse practitioner is extremely rude and argumentative. Instead of leaving feeling like you were well cared for you will leave feeling like you had to defend yourself in your personal beliefs. I was humiliated. Unprofessional is a huge understatement.

I had been experiencing a cough for a week, and it had been getting progressively worse until it kept me up at night. So I decided to go into Genesis: Bad decision on my part. They were not helpful at all in diagnosing what exactly it was I had. They claimed it was "allergies" and gave me symptomatic treatment through an inhaler and nasal. (Neither of which did anything for me.) In addition, they also tried to charge me more for my visit weeks later and whenever I tried to contact the supervisor they always found ways around it. As it turns out, my cough continued to get worse until I had a sharp shooting pain in my left lung and had to go into the ER. It turns out I had pleurisy and bronchitis! I would strongly recommend Trinity Care over Genesis any day, as Genesis is only in it for the money.

Overall

I came here one Saturday because I had severe shoulder and neck pain and wasn't sure what I had done to it. I couldn't straighten my neck out, look up or down, or side to side and my right shoulder felt so swollen. My right arm felt like a brick was tied to it and it was pulling my arm out of its socket so I figured I should see a doctor (I also don't have health insurance so this could be costly). I get to the clinic and they ask injury or illness. I tell them injury and get put in a room to see the doctor. He comes in and examines my shoulder and decides I have strained my trapezius muscle (triangular muscle connecting shoulder to neck) so he prescribes me a muscle relaxer and pain killer. He also says I should get 25% better each day and after 4 days I should be completely better but if not then I need to come back for an X-ray. After 2 days of taking medication and not getting any relief from pain I decide to call the doctor. I tell the receptionist my situation and ask if there is a different pain medication that would help me sleep ( don't forget I've been without sleep for 3 or 4 days) and she tells me they do not do follow up care and they mostly don't work with pain killers. Okay..... So when the doctor told me he prescribed me a pain killer I find out it is actually an anti inflammatory...pretty much the same as Aleve. I had already told this doctor that i had tried Aleve and ibuprofen and it didn't help. And this doctor had told me to come back for an X-ray if it wasn't improving but they don't do follow up care? Okay, I don't get it. Needless to say Sunday night I ended up the emergency room because of the pain and the doctor diagnosed me with tortiicollis, which is several different muscles of your neck being twisted beyond their normal position. They put an IV of Valium in me which lasted 15 minutes and then I felt pain again and then they put an IV of morphine in me which lasted a couple of hours, but the doctor also told me the muscle relaxer the walk in clinic doctor had put me on was not nearly strong enough so she put me on something stronger and the "pain killer" was not really a pain killer so she prescribed me hydrocodone to help me with the pain. In the end, I had to spend 80 dollars for the walk in clinic appointment and 20 dollars for the prescriptions just to have to make a trip to the hospital. Thanks for wasting my money.
