If you live in the Danville area and you're looking for not only quality dance education, but also important life lessons for your child..This is the place! I have danced there since age 4 and I wouldn't trade my experiences there for the world! All of the teachers are wonderful and I consider them my second mothers. They have taught me how to execute proper technique in all styles of dance. They have also given me a passion for dance that I will carry with me forever. The teachers also teach many other life lessons to their students. I have learned the importance of dedication and commitment, that practice does "make perfect", how to take constructive criticism and use it to become better, and how to become an all-around more responsible person. Some people may call our teachers too strict, but that strictness is what allows us to excel and I think I speak for all of the dancers when I say that we love and appreciate them for it! MGSOD gives kids the ability to do something constructive and fun after school, but also gives those who are passionate about dance endless opportunities to become better dancers. I would personally recommend Meredith Gravely to everyone I know for dance classes. Despite the cost or all the time spent running your child back and forth to classes, dancing at Meredith Gravely will be more than worthwhile for your child!
