Buffalo Wild Wings

Our server did not know the beers on tap. Came to the table 5 times before bringing our sodas. Waited 15 minutes on beer. Our food came out wrong and cold. Did not get soda refills. The manager was atrocious. Said corporate wouldn't let them comp bills for poor service. He finally gave us TEN PERCENT off our bill. Which amounted to a credit of $3.00. Don't waste your time going here.

Food is good. Sports bar atmosphere. Service was atrocious. Servers weren't paying attention to patrons. The only way to go and get good service is anytime this place is avoid the busy times.

The BWW opened in danville a short while ago and it was very highly anticipated. The first month or so was so frustrating with mixed reviews good service and bad service ....I would have to say that when you do not order enough mac and cheese or wraps and are out of 8 menu items something has to change quickly.... I have literally walked out before my meal was served because they were out of mac and cheese for my daughter and didnt tell me when we orderd it, it was brought to my attention 15 min later... and instead of going to the local grocery ( which is 200 feet behind the resturant) they just simply apologize and tell the customers when the next truck will be in..which does not do the consumer any good what so ever...im pretty sure its KRAFT but thats just me...I will say service has been better since they have opened but for awhile it was bad...all I have to say is good luck and I hope things improve to stay in danville lord knows we need business here
